Unlike standard carpet cleaners who surface-wash with harsh chemicals, Zoom Rugs operates a dedicated atelier for high-end textiles. We meticulously match antique wool, rebuild damaged fringes, secure unraveling edges, and re-weave moth-damaged sections by hand.
When moths compromise the foundation, our master weavers rebuild the warp and weft, knot by knot, restoring the original pattern flawlessly.
Antique natural dyes can bleed if improperly washed. We use cold-water submersion and pH-balanced solutions to safely lift decades of dust.
