How does the rug sourcing process work? +
Send us your mood boards, color palettes, and required dimensions. We will scour our private networks to curate a selection of luxury antique, Persian, or modern rugs and compile them into a private digital lookbook for your client presentation.
Can you clean a client's rug before we install the new furniture? +
Absolutely. We regularly coordinate with designers to pick up a client's existing rugs, perform a 100% hand-wash submersion cleaning in our facility, and hold them until the new room is ready for installation.
Do you provide custom rug pads? +
Yes, we stock premium non-slip and cushioned rug pads. We measure and hand-cut them to fit exactly beneath the rug, protecting the client's hardwood floors and ensuring perfect placement.
