Evaluation and Estimates
All rugs are subject to a professional evaluation upon arrival at our atelier. Initial estimates provided over the phone or email are subject to change based on the physical inspection of the rug’s foundation, dyes, and pre-existing damage.
Restoration Liability
While our master artisans utilize the safest, industry-leading techniques, Zoom Rugs is not liable for pre-existing structural weaknesses, dry rot, or unstable fugitive dyes that may become apparent during the hand-washing process.
