Repair and restoration work marked “Quote after inspection” is priced only after evaluation.

How estimates work

Cleaning

Dimensions establish the starting scope. Fiber, pile, construction, contamination, staining and dye stability determine the treatment plan.

Repair

Fringe, edge, hole, moth and foundation repairs are evaluated by affected area, weave density, materials and color matching.

Specialty care

Silk, viscose, antique textiles, color migration, pet decontamination and water exposure require testing before a firm quote.

Zoom Rugs does not publish misleading one-price-fits-all rates. You receive a written estimate before authorized work begins. No repair or specialty treatment is added without approval.
