Published rates provide a clear starting basis. Final written estimates reflect measured size, fiber identification, construction, dye stability, contamination, staining, existing damage and any approved specialty treatment. Repair and restoration work marked “Quote after inspection” is priced only after evaluation.
Dimensions establish the starting scope. Fiber, pile, construction, contamination, staining and dye stability determine the treatment plan.
Fringe, edge, hole, moth and foundation repairs are evaluated by affected area, weave density, materials and color matching.
Silk, viscose, antique textiles, color migration, pet decontamination and water exposure require testing before a firm quote.
Zoom Rugs does not publish misleading one-price-fits-all rates. You receive a written estimate before authorized work begins. No repair or specialty treatment is added without approval.
Photograph the complete front of the rug in even light.
Include fringes, edges, stains, holes, moth activity and the back of affected areas.
Share approximate length, width and any known fiber or origin information.
